Enrollment for St. James Catholic school is processed through Gradelink. If you would like additional information prior to registering you may contact us using the form below. If you are registering at St. James for the first time, please click the “New Family Registration” button. First time families will be asked to create an account. Once you register, you will be able to complete enrollment. If you are a returning family, please click the “Returning Family Registration” button to be taken to the Gradelink website.
The Tuition Plan PDF is provided below. Registration and curriculum fees are non-refundable. Upon withdrawal from school, prepaid tuition will be refunded on a prorated basis. Families are responsible to pay for any part of a month school is attended.
St. James School is not responsible for refunding any part of dress code costs. Monthly tuition payments are due on the first of each month. They are considered past due as of the tenth of each month and a $30 late fee will be added to your account. Accounts that are past due are submitted to a collection agency for collection, and students may be suspended from school until the accounts are brought up to date. Access to the Gradelink program will be suspended for all accounts past due.
